Drum'n Bass is a sub-product of Funk, Hip-hop, Acid Jazz, UK underground dance music and Breakbeat. The beat is often sliced, glitched, processed and thumping away at a high tempo (150-200 BPM typically) and the sound tends to be minimalistic, combining ethereal, floating and surreal pads with a hard edged drum and bass rhythm backbone. This music is highly effective in media production.

All tracks on this disc are classed as Completely Royalty-Free. This means that none of the composers are registered with any PRO affiliation, which again means that the music can be broadcast and played in public without the need for any license from any royalty collection society.

Formats: The download is a 221 MB .zip file containing 38 audio tracks in true CD-quality MP3 files (320-kbps, 44.1 khz) and 40 music loops in uncompressed 16-bit 44.1-khz WAV files. The physical CD is a DVDROM for PC or Mac, containing all tracks and loops as 16-bit, 44.1-khz, uncompressed WAV files. (~750 MB).
Please note that the DVDROM is a disc for use in PC or Mac computers, with computer files on it. It is not an Audio-CD, and does not work in a stereo/hi-fi system, your car CD player etc. However, you can copy the WAV files to your hard drive, and then use those WAV files to burn an Audio-CD in your own CD/DVD-burner.
