Lyrics: I don’t want to be the reason that this all falls apart,
If we take a deep breath and go back to the start,
We’ll build the lover’s bridge and we’ll step off the ledge,
We’ll jump into the night and let our hearts do the rest.

December’s been the season for you letting go,
But the spring is soon approaching and the colors will show,
We need to stop defending, our hearts are not pretending,
Let’s jump into the night and then let’s write our happy ending.

You take back everything,
You take back everything,
You take back everything,
That you said, to me then you said

I don’t think we can climb out of this hole we’re in,
I cry myself to sleep and then I try my best to dream about you.
You don’t think I can climb out of this hole I’m in,
I cry myself to sleep and then I try my best to dream about you.

You’re the girl that loves attention and I gave you my all,
I know you told the world goodnight but I’m just dying to call,
At least give me the time of day to figure it out,
Pick up the phone and tell me what the fuss is about.
