This Track has a really tough sound vocally and instrumentally, with a lot of heavy guitar riffs through out. It work well in any action and sport footage, reference the film “300”.

Lyrics: | All the worlds a stage and I'm simply disgusted how I've spent my days distant from any soul I hesitate to speak to you Speak to me Fall to your knees You don't see what I need You only see me bleed, see me scream, see my pain laid in front of you Wherever, wherever you go, you'll always think of what you've done to me But anytime, every time you breath, I know that your sleight of hand won't let you sleep I see a breaking in the storm Sons of man, hear me speak Sons of man, hear my words I've made you strong My bluff will make you fold I'm the last one down Don't cross me You were everything to everyone one, but nothing to me I hope the hands that took from me, will one day heal |

Hailing from the frozen north known as Minnesota, Lessons are a heavy hitting, melodically driven metal-core band whose passion, as well as ferocity comes forth every time they take the stage. Formed in early 2012, the band released their first EP "Five Points" of that same year. With one EP under their belt, they used the next year to establish themselves as a live act. Throughout 2013 Lessons built their roster of shows, including playing festivals like Sonshine and Audiofeed. After a productive summer they took the fall of 2013 to write and record their second EP "American Ghosts." With the new release closely approaching, Lessons hope to secure their place among their heavy music peers.
"One of the most compelling metal-core cuts I've heard this year" -HM Magazine
