Mysterious piano notes over high strings fade out to reveal an oddball, not quite right rhythm. Perhaps a detective is either stupid (think Pink Panther) or is taunting his suspect. The comedy and action ratchets up, with the pace quickening and intensity building. Something big happens at the end, with a punchline! Nice for a dark comedy involving a detective or someone out to solve a case.
