Lyrics: | It’s 3:05 and I should be in bed I’m channel surfing on the couch instead These infomercials can’t clear my head Of all the signs I must’ve misread Oh I, thought you were so sweet and kind Such an incredible find Now I’m left with echoes in my mind Of all the things that you said (Things that you said) When your thoughtfulness left (Soon you’ll regret) Some say they’re only words But they hold a lot of hurt And I can’t forget All the things that you said At 10 to 6, I know you’ll wake up To find the note under your coffee cup Your nasty comments were way too much For me to take that’s why I had enough Oh I, hope in a matter of time You’ll finally realize All of the reasons our love was sacrificed It’s all the things that you said (Things that you said) When your sanity left (Soon you’ll regret) My skin is only so thick Then it starts to rip And I can’t forget All the things that you said It’s all the things that you said (Things that you said) When your thoughtfulness left (Soon you’ll regret) Some say they’re only words But they hold a lot of hurt And I can’t forget All the things that you said Written by Dave Tough & JD Dohnal |

Said Dave: "I enjoy making a living making music as there is something always new to learn. If you know one instrument, you can learn another. If you know how to engineer one style, you can always learn another. My main question I ask myself when writing and making music is "what gives you goosebumps". The mechanics of songwriting and engineering can get quite technical, however at the end of the day its what makes you feel something."
