Lyrics: I was so quiet, didn’t know what to say
You looked over, I looked the other way
This feeling took me by surprise
I got so tongue0tied

My heart skipped a beat
You made me wanna sing

La la la….
This may not be forever
But this feels good tonight
La la la la la la la la la la la la

The next day, I saw you at the show
We started talkin’, you took me home
You know I wasn’t looking for love
But whatever this is, I just can’t get enough

The words won’t come out
So you make me wanna shout

La la la….
This may not be forever
But this feels good tonight
La la la la la la la la la la la la

You’re taking me to la la land
Our love is like a record in the Dj’s hand…
Let’s ask him to play it again

Chorus

Dave Tough shares his namesake with the famous jazz drummer (Tough's great uncle) who played with the likes of Woody Herman, Benny Goodman and Tommy Dorsey.

Said Dave: "I enjoy making a living making music as there is something always new to learn. If you know one instrument, you can learn another. If you know how to engineer one style, you can always learn another. My main question I ask myself when writing and making music is "what gives you goosebumps". The mechanics of songwriting and engineering can get quite technical, however at the end of the day its what makes you feel something."
