Lyrics: Oh come all you sailor men
Row your boats in
For the seas they are icy
The shore calls you in

And come all you fisher men
Lay you nets down
The lights and warmth beckon
Gaudete! Shouts the town

All around this old harbour
The voices resound
Words of peace and good will
Go to all who are found

The feast will be royal
The company sound
Though the waves are a-lapping
You walk on home ground

Gaudete! Gaudete!
The choir sings aloud
Gaudete! Gaudete!
Open arms will surround

What more could we ask for
At this time of year?
Gaudete! Gaudete!
For the Yule tide is here.
