J. A. Ericson
Alexander John Ericson, a.k.a. "J. A. Ericson", is a Swedish musician living and working in Berlin.
His latest album "Songs From The White Sea" marked the culmination of a number of personal journeys, from his native Sweden, via London, to Berlin where he now lives and from a background in electronica (The Northern Territories), via rock with his brother’s band Alberta Cross, to a very personal blend of songwriting that draws on all these experiences.
Taking a distinctly European approach to his craft, which both recalls and updates influences such as P.J. Harvey, Jacques Brel, David Bowie and Brian Eno’s collaborations.

Alexander John Ericson's music has also been featured in various film and tv shows, and he has composed music for more than ten short films.
He's now busy recording a debut album with his latest project My Empire Of Sound, as well as composing and producing music exclusively for the Shockwave-Sound.com stock music library.
